The revenues raised will go directly into the businesses expansion for employment and hard asset forms. We are currently taking legal advice, as to how we can successfully issue the small number of shares in question. We have carefully read the legislation on the issue of Private Limited Company Shares and have deduced that there does not appear to be any clear cut defining lines and can be open to misinterpretation. We have been in contact with Companies House as to the legal position, where we were given assurances that we can issue ordinary shares. We have also been in contact with Business Link and were sent further information regarding the legal aspects to share issue. We have further spoken to the Law Society regarding this matter and been given a number of specialists regarding this field that we are now consulting with. We do know and are confident that we can make available investment opportunities in the way of a share issue. For both in the form of an Employers Share Scheme and Subscribers Club. We have been asked by our legal advisers for a set of each Companies Memorandums and Articles of Association. To determine the necessary changes required and the way in which we can successfully issue shares for investment legally and without any misinterpretation that could be manipulated or used to the detriment of the Organization.
